Glenda's Aromatherapy Tip
Mandarin The name is derived from the ancient tradition of giving this fruit as a gift to Chinese Mandarins. Known in France as the "children's oil" because it is so gentle, mandarin is extracted from the peel of the fruit.
Bathing Calming and mood enhancing, the gentlest of all citrus oils.
Massage - Three drops of mandarin into a dessertspoon of Peach Kernal oil is perfect for children's tummy problems. Particularly soothing - always massage in a circular clockwise direction. - Good for use in a blend for tummy and buttocks to help condition and smooth dimply skin. Mix 2 drops mandarin, 2 lavender, 2 lemon & 2 of bergamot in a dessertspoon of evening primrose oil.

BALM BALM IN WHOLEFOODS We haven't done this before, but Glenda has a series of appointments for staff training at the stores detailed below. We do not know if they will be on the shop floor or in a training room.
